here in our studio, you can expect to see small, unique differences amongst similar items. We feel this uniqueness brings a special quality
to each Bella Ragazza piece. If, however, you are unsatisfied with your purchase,
you are welcome to return it for a full refund within 10 days.

Repairs
We understand that
accidents do happen. We also recognize the possibility of a faulty
component. Either way, we will do our best to repair the piece and
get it back to you ASAP. There is generally little, if any, charge
for simple, routine repairs. More extensive repairs may require a
small fee to cover the cost of replacement parts. Please do not
